Partners

We complement infrastructure. We never compete with it.

NDDEO has no ambition to become a processor, a BIN sponsor or a licensed institution. Our entire business is making yours easier to sell — by supplying the product layer your clients keep asking you for.

The key message

The clearest thing we can tell a partner.

What NDDEO does

Supplies the card management system, wallet, ledger, compliance controls and settlement engine that sit on top of your infrastructure — white-labelled to the end client.

What NDDEO never does

Provide BIN sponsorship. Provide the processing engine. Hold a licence. Contract past you to your own client. Those are your businesses, not ours.

Every arrow points one way. We are downstream of your infrastructure, never across it.

5.1 · BIN Sponsors

Your BIN is only worth what your programmes ship.

Sponsorship revenue depends on programmes going live and staying live. The most common reason they do neither is that the sponsored fintech underestimated the product layer — and then spent a year building it badly.

  • Faster time to first transaction. Sponsored programmes reach volume in weeks rather than quarters.
  • Better-behaved programmes. Maker-checker, audit trails and reconciliation reduce the oversight burden you carry.
  • Multi-BIN ready. One tenant can run several of your BINs, and several sponsors side by side.
  • Recommend us without risk. We do not hold licences and cannot become your competitor.

5.2 · Processors

You win the deal. We stop it stalling after signature.

Processors lose deals to a question they should not have to answer: “and does it come with a console, a wallet, a ledger and reconciliation?” Saying yes has historically meant building a product business you did not want.

  • We answer the product question for you. Bring NDDEO into the deal as the layer above your engine.
  • Volume, not competition. Every programme we help launch authorises through you.
  • Cleaner integrations. One well-understood integration to us instead of many bespoke ones to each client.
  • Fewer support tickets. Client operations happen in our console, not in your queue.
To be completely explicit: NDDEO does not and will not build an authorisation engine. That is your business, and our model depends on it staying that way.

5.3 · Banking Partners

Safeguarding, settlement and the accounts underneath it all.

Banks holding client money for fintech programmes carry real oversight obligations. A platform that produces clean, reconciled, evidenced positions makes that obligation cheaper to discharge.

Safeguarding clarity

Client money sits in its own ledger with its own reporting, so the safeguarding position is a report rather than an investigation.

Settlement you can trace

Daily positions per programme and currency, matched three ways against scheme and processor files.

Evidence on request

Control descriptions, data-flow diagrams and audit-log samples for your onboarding and periodic reviews.

5.4 · Consulting Firms

Turn recommendations into live programmes.

Advisory work in payments keeps hitting the same wall: the client agrees with the strategy and then cannot execute it. Having a delivery layer behind you changes what you are able to promise.

  • Referral partnership. Introduce the client, stay advisory, keep the relationship.
  • Joint delivery. You run the programme; we are the platform behind it.
  • Sandbox during scoping. Validate the target architecture before the client commits budget.
  • We stay behind you. We do not contract around a partner who brought us in.

5.5 · Technology Partners

The specialists a card programme needs around it.

We deliberately do not build these ourselves. We integrate with the provider our client has chosen, or introduce one we have worked with before.

KYC & AML

Identity verification, sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring, wired into onboarding and authorisation.

Fraud & risk

Real-time scoring alongside our own velocity and MCC controls, with decisions recorded in the audit trail.

FX providers

Rate sourcing and hedging for multi-currency wallets, with margin recorded on every conversion.

Card production

Bureaux for personalisation, embossing and fulfilment — we generate the files to their specification.
